Mexico-style fried grasshoppers

Ingredients

Grasshoppers.

Water.

Cal

Olive oil.

Sal

Chili (red or green pepper).

Procedures

- Grasshoppers purged and washed, then immersed in lime water for four hours.

- Then left in clean water for another hour and rinse well.

- I drained and dry, grasshoppers are fried whole in oil with chili pepper until crisp.

A survey of 10 different people about food rare.
